Shipping policy

We work hard to ensure that your orders are processed quickly and delivered safely to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Partners

We ship all orders through leading courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC, to provide reliable and timely delivery across India.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote / Hard-to-Reach Locations: 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may include an additional handling fee, shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

You can easily track your order using the tracking link shared with you via email/SMS once the shipment has been dispatched.

6. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to us.

  • Reshipping charges may apply if you request a second delivery attempt.

7. International Shipping (Optional Section if you plan to expand)
